4.5 full bathrooms, full kitchen, 700sqft huge deck, parking spaces.

Rate starts from $665+12% room tax per night for up to 10 people, $25 for each add person. 2 nights minimum stay.

10% off for staying a week or more.

Spring break, Slush Cup, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year...... rates may differ.

Summer Peak Season: part of June, July, part of August, starts from $779 per night, 2 nights minimum.

$500 damage deposit required, will return after checking out with no damage.

No smoking, no pets, no shoes allowed inside of the house. We regret that our house is not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Police: More than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% plus tax will be charged. If 30 days notice is not given, the full amount will be charged.

If you have a smaller group 2 - 6 people, we can also rent part of the house, please check with the owner directly for the rate.​
